The founder mines to one declared SPHS address, never changed, subject to the 5% lifetime cap. The address is fixed at genesis and re-published in the T-72h mainnet launch announcement alongside binary hashes.
The founder will not mine more than 5% of the cumulative SPHS emission, measured as a rolling lifetime average. The auto-pause script halts mining at 4.9% of supply.
The compliance script
cap_5pct_monitor.py is
committed to the reference repository under
scripts/. It reads
chain state from a local node, computes cumulative founder
balance and cumulative chain emission, and publishes the
ratio at a fixed cadence.

Three community-curated repositories sit alongside the reference implementation, all under permissive licenses, all independently maintainable. The core team is not a maintainer of any of them.
